Hit "Customize" on any product page that has customization available. That will link you to our customizing tool that will allow you to add text, change font, and resize. Once you have it how you want the product to look, you made add to cart and proceed with your purchase.

We have tried to make this process as simple as possible. However, we understand it might be limited for some.

Our engraving processing time is typically only 1 day after payment is made.

• USPS First Class Shipping is available from 2-5 days depending on your location in the united states.
• Priority 2-Day and Next Day shipping options are available on the checkout page. 

***Any Free Shipping promotion is Limited to USPS First Class Shipping.

***1 Day engraving processing is limited to orders made before 6PM.

USPS First-Class is standard (1-5 days after Package is Shipped)

USPS Priority is available (1, 2, or 3 days after package is shipped depending on your location)

USPS Priority Express (Next day Delivery, Please order before 3PM Easter time to receive next day)

***We Ship from Atlanta, Ga. For First Class shipping expect up to 5 business days for orders in the pacific coast. 

Because of the nature of our products any Personalized product is not eligible for return or exchange UNLESS it meets all or one of the following:

1. Item was not engraved correctly as instructed.

2. Item was delivered defective.

3. does not exceed the 14 day limit after the date the item was received. (for non-customized products)
